Bio: Alma Neurine was raised by her uncle, her non-magical parents having deserted her when she was small because she exhibited witchy behavior. Her uncle was a general in the US military and raised her under those harsh standards, despite the fact she was a witch. She came to respect those principles and integrates them into her teaching and administrative approaches. Her firmest beliefs lie in preparing students for any dangers that may face them.

Bio: Professor O’Sullivan was born in Scotland to two shifter parents who chose to live as animals. He gained his magical education at the iconic British magical school for Witchcraft & Wizardry and spent several years after as a magical creature specialist for the Ministry. Never a fan of the cases he sometimes received in that position that would result in a creature’s death, he gave up his ministry job to teach at Alabaster.

Bio: Sylvan Beakley is the youngest professor ever to be on staff at Alabaster school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Having recently graduated from Alabaster himself, Beakley is widely published and lauded throughout the discipline of Herbology, often considered a prodigy. He’s obsessed with plants.

Bio: Kai Decoteau is a descendant of one of Alabaster’s original founders, a family whose shape-shifting magic runs through the very halls of the school. Decoteau is a gifted seer and has a knack for prophecy. He often converses with spirits beyond the veil, gaining useful knowledge and insight.

Bio: Headmaster of Alabaster school and brother to Angus O’Sullivan, Absalom is an extremely powerful and well-known wizard. He still teaches regular courses throughout the school year, in addition to his duties as headmaster. His hobbies include studying dark and dangerous magic and hoarding forbidden books.

Occupation: Dealer of wizardry artifacts

Bio: Flannigan has always been a troublemaker. A former student of Alabaster notorious for shady pranks, black market deals, and has a tendency to bend the rules and take what’s not his.

Occupation: Bard (painting) 

House: Formerly Lynxstride 

Bio: Perceval Rosevale was Alabaster’s bard-in-residence from 1750 until he passed away in 1805. When he was in his twenties and at the peak of his career, he commissioned a large painting of himself that still hangs in the great hall of the school. Perceval’s painting is very mischievous and he has a tendency to escape his frame.
